Terms of Use For All Designs & Graphics Purchased
  • These terms are legally binding.
  • You agree to these terms upon purchase whether you read them or not.
  • Terms of use are subject to change at any time.
  • You must read the description of what you purchase. We can not be held responsible for misunderstandings arising out of your failure to read our descriptions.
  • All information to be placed with or in each template, will be presented to aGenius prior to us starting the project.
  • Any customer provided graphics, logos, text etc. must conform to the item purchased as some additional charges may apply for assembly.Once a product has been customized and delivered it is complete. No changes may be made after this time without incurring an additional charge.
  • No Refunds.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • All material is Copyright. Your purchase is a license to display our material, all links must remain intact.
  • Final product may vary slightly from displayed design.
  • All items purchased are for one time use only, if you purchase an auction template, it is for auctions only and not for websites. A license to use it for a website must be purchased separately and visa versa.
  • You may not create your own images, banners etc. with our work.
  • You may not use elements from our designs in your own images, banners or for any other application.
  • You may not use ANY of the images purchased to build templates
  • You may not resell, alter, change, or redesign any items purchased.
  • Graphics & designs may not be modified or distributed by ANY means; either electronic or print. There are NO exceptions.
